Congratulations to Ana-Maria Bogdan who has been selected as the 3rd winner of our website survey contest!

A winner has been selected for the Office of Sustainability's community garden web survey! Congratulations to Ana-Maria Bogdan, who will receive an Office of Sustainability reusable mug of her choice.

The results for the question, "If access to community gardens was made available to everybody on campus, how likely would you be to take advantage of the programs?" can be seen in the following graph:

Community Gardens Survey Results

It appears that people are mostly ready to get their hands dirty on campus for the sake of fresh food. With the successful opening of the McEown Community Garden and other projects around campus such as the St. Andrews and FMD community gardens, we're seeing attitudes towards food security, horticulture, and healthy eating blossom around the university (sorry, we can't resist an easy gardening pun). Remember that the Office of Sustainability is always available for your questions, comments, or concerns regarding sustainability on campus and is always eager for input and engagement from anyone around campus.

Thank you to all participants for providing your feedback, and don't forget to check back every month for new surveys and new chances to win!
