Wednesday, October 22nd is Campus Sustainability Day, an annual event when North American university campuses celebrate their successes and innovations in advancing sustainability at their institutions. The University of Saskatchewan’s Sustainability Committee invites students, faculty and staff to learn more about our recent successes and innovations by taking part in the Learn, Live, Work Green online scavenger hunt.
On October 22 visit sustainability.usask.ca to join in the hunt. Learn about the university’s sustainability initiatives and have your name entered in a draw for prizes. Students will be entered in a draw for one of three $100 gift cards at the U of S Bookstore. Faculty and staff will be eligible for one of three $100 gift certificates for restaurants specializing in local food. Only those who provide a valid NSID will be eligible to win.
At 8:00 a.m. on October 22nd a link for the scavenger hunt will be posted at sustainability.usask.ca. Here participants can view and answer the scavenger hunt questions. The contest will close at midnight the same day.
Prize winners will be drawn randomly. Winners will be contacted by email by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 24th.
